Our main aim is for you to be happy and satisfied with your purchase from D’ORO.

We endeavour to describe our carefully chosen stock accurately. Please take into account that some items may have flaws which might include stains, fading, repairs and alterations. No item is under warranty regarding the usefulness or durability. Colours are described as accurately as possible however show different on different devices. Sizing is also different depending on brand and age as well as previous alterations. Please do email us questions if you have any concerns.

Due to the nature of our consignment sales, we ask that you let us know within 24 hours on receipt of the item/s (determined by the tracking information) if you are wanting a refund. The item needs to start its journey back to us within 72 hours of receipt at your end.

*Does not fit, we ask that return postage cost is covered by the buyer.

*If you believe an item has been misrepresented we will refund your return postage.

*Returned items must be unworn, unused and in original condition with attached tag.

*If outside the UK and EU, please write ‘RETURN TO SENDER’ clearly on package to avoid duties or taxes as they are the responsibility of the buyer.

*Please post recorded, tracked and insured, to avoid the costs you may incur for lost items.

* Your refund will be processed on receipt of the returned item and inspection, using your original payment method within 48 business days. Allow for the card companies process time too.
